It’s slowly getting closer to spring…I need it to be warmer! I hate having to run outside in layers, gloves etc. Today’s not too bad but it’s not a running day. I’ll be lifting later today. Anyway, here’s some info I found for you this week!
- Peanut Butter Banana Frozen Yogurt (The Sweet Life) – This looks delicious. I really need to dig out my food processor so I can start making all of these recipes I find that require one.
- Cheesy Spaghetti Squash Casserole (Detoxinista) – I’m currently loving spaghetti squash. I usually make “spaghetti” and meatballs from it but I really want to try this as a side dish.
- Love Weights Core Workout (Fit Chick in the City) – A good at-home core workout you can do to add on to workouts or while watching TV.
- Improve Your Running By Asking Yourself This Question (Cait Chock) – Great info for runners looking to improve themselves!
